  • 5 tablespoons tamarind juice
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro

Instructions

     1. Pound the garlic, pepper and coriander root prepared and cut the meat to some as you like. Enough to be skewered Then put the meat in a mixing bowl, took three volumes, including garlic, pepper and coriander root pounded into it

     3. When the time is over, mix the meat again and put the meat on a skewer. Roast until cooked on both sides.

How to make grilled meat sauce

     1. Take the paprika, coriander stalks, and garlic to pound thoroughly. Spoon into a cup and set aside.
