Ingredients for Fried Egg Crepes

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground salt
  • 3/4 cup fresh milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1+1/2 tbsp melted butter
  • Sliced ​​ham or 4-5 slices of bacon
  • 4-5 eggs
  • a little ground pepper
  • Parsley or coriander leaves for garnish

How to make fried egg crepes

     1. Put all purpose flour, sugar, salt, fresh milk, 2 eggs and melted butter into the mixer. Beat the mixture at high speed for about 30 seconds. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.


     2. Put the Teflon pan over medium-low heat. Add the butter and scoop the flour mixture into the pan. Roll the dough into thin strips. Wait 1-2 minutes until the batter is lightly browned on each side. Scoop up and do it all. Prepare.

     3. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare.


     4. Place the crepes on a baking sheet. Place the sliced ​​ham in the center of the crepe batter. Crack the egg onto the ham. Fold the crepe batter corners onto the egg whites on all 4 corners to form a square. (Use the egg white as a retainer for the dough) Sprinkle with salt and ground pepper. Bake for 10-12 minutes, remove from oven, garnish with parsley, sprinkle with pepper and serve.
