Kimchi Fried Rice

Kimchi Fried Rice is a simple Korean dish. That is suitable to cook together on Valentine’s Day at home. because using raw materials that are available in the kitchen You don’t have to prepare a lot. The remaining side dishes can be easily adjusted as well.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cups Korean rice or Japanese rice
  • 1 cup chopped kimchi with a little kimchi juice
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • ½ cup spam
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • a little salt

how to do
