Mash Potatoes.

     Who’s looking for western food to be served alongside a plate of steak? Meet Mash Potatoes. Boil the potatoes until cook and mash them up. Season with salt.

     100 grams of mashed potatoes provide about 88.4 kcal of energy.

Ingredients

     

1.5 pound potatoes
      6 fresh cloves of garlic
      1/3 cup olive oil (or vegetable oil)
      1/2 cup butter

1 cup heavy cream or whole milk
      2+ salt 1/2 teaspoon
      Chinese chives, sliced or ground black pepper For topping

How to make.



     1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Peel them and cut them into small squares of the same size. Wash them again.Then put it into a pot for boiling and add cold water to cover the potatoes. Leave it for about 10 minutes without turning on the stove.
     2. Smash and coarsely chop the garlic Stir-fry in a pot. Over medium-low heat for 3-5 minutes until the garlic is soft. But do not have to change the color
     3. Add olive oil and stir fry with garlic until soft and fragrant. 


     4. Put the butter and stir until the butter melts. Use the lowest heat for about 5 minutes and let the garlic soften.
     5. Put 2 teaspoons of salt in the pot of boiling potatoes. Turn on the high heat and boil until the water boils. then reduce to the lowest light Boil for 20-25 minutes.
     6. Add the cream to the garlic mixture and little salt in it. Mix well Simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes.
     7. Once the potatoes are cook. Drain the water. Use a fork to mash them down. Gradually add the creamy mixture. Follow by olive oil and mix well.
     8. Scoop the ingredients into a cup. Sprinkle with chives ready to serve.
