Ingredients:

          1/2 cup uncooked brown rice
          3/4 cup very hot water
          1 cinnamon stick, about 2 inches long, 1 teaspoon
          vanilla fragrance
          3 cups low fat milk
          1/4 cup maple syrup UFABET

Method do

          1. Put brown rice and cinnamon sticks in a pot. Fill with hot water to flood. Soak for about 3 hours until the rice becomes soft.
          2. Put the soaked rice into the blender. Followed by vanilla fragrance. Blend until the ingredients are fine. Strain through a sieve, taking only the prepared water.
          3. Put the remaining filtered pulp into the blender again, add fresh milk and maple syrup. Blend until smooth. Strain through a sieve. Then pour into the prepared brown rice water mixture. Stir to combine. Pour into a container. Refrigerate before drinking.
