Ingredients Baked sweet potatoes

          4 sweet potatoes (about 500 g)
          1 tbsp salted butter
          1/2 cup finely chopped red
          1 cup coarsely chopped spinach sprouts
          150 g sour cream
          2 tbsp cream cheese

How to Bake Sweet Potatoes?
