Avocados a good properties that I want to tell about.      

     Avocados have a lot of nutritional value that is beneficial to the body. Until it can be compared that Avocados are more nutritious than many fruits.  Properties of avocado as follows:

1. Avocados meat contains about 4-20% unsaturated fats depending on the variety. 

70% of the fatty acids in avocados are monounsaturated fatty acids.  Which this type of fatty acid is beneficial to the body. Help reduce the amount of bad fat (LDL-cholesterol). And increase the amount of good fats (HDL-cholesterol) in the blood helps prevent heart disease. Help reduce fat in blood vessels. Therefore, people with hyperlipidemia can consume this fruit. Including diabetics can consume avocados too. Because avocados are relatively low in sugar at a level that is safe for diabetics. However, they should be consumed in small amounts. Alternate with the consumption of other foods. As well so that the body receives complete nutrients.

2. High vitamins include.

          – Vitamin A (beta-carotene) helps nourish eyesight 

          – B vitamins help prevent beriberi, canker sores, reduce inflammation.

          – Vitamin C helps prevent colds. Scurvy

3. Rich in essential minerals and nutrients for the body. 

Whether it is sodium, potassium, folate. Which has properties to help reduce cholesterol. Especially that folate. It is an important nutrient for pregnant women. Because folate is an essential nutrient for the growth and formation of baby’s tissues.

4. Protein is higher than other fresh fruits.  

About 0.8-1.7%, providing a high calorific value to the body. But low in carbohydrates. Therefore, it is considered a protein. That is easily digestible, high in fiber. Which is beneficial to the excretory system.
